Three new can recycling banks have been installed in the town centre by Ipswich Borough Council.

The can banks are at the following locations:

• Tower Ramparts bus station, next to existing glass banks;
• Majors Corner bus stop area, next to existing glass banks;
• Station Street / end of Hartley Street seating area.

Alupro, the aluminium packaging recycling organisation, sponsored the colourful bin wraps to encourage more recycling of cans under the campaign slogan “Every Can Counts"
