Visitors to the Customer Service Centre in the Town Hall (entrance via the Princes Street side, opposite the Thoroughfare and Barclays bank) can access a range of services at a single point of contact. Trained Customer Service Advisors welcome customers to establish the type of query and will then offer guidance. The Centre offers self-service computers and telephone access to other council services.
The Customer Service Centre is operating a limited service between Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 excluding Bank Holidays.
Most services are by appointment only. The Centre does offer limited self-service PC's and phone access to other council services.
