Visitors to the Customer Service Centre in the Town Hall (entrance via the Princes Street side, opposite the Thoroughfare and Barclays bank) can access a range of services at a single point of contact. Trained Customer Service Advisors welcome customers to establish the type of query and will then offer guidance. The Centre offers self-service computers and telephone access to other council services.
Our Customer Service Centre is open for pre-booked appointments only.
These appointments are only for when it is absolutely necessary to have a face-to-face meeting. Please call 01473 432000 to discuss getting an appointment.
The centre will be open 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) but our phone lines are open between 8:30am – 5pm.
