Ipswich Borough Council has today issued an immediate Prohibition Notice to stop the use of a structure that has been put up by Beatbox45 gym in Boss Hall Road, Whitehouse, Ipswich.
Cllr Alasdair Ross, Portfolio Holder, Ipswich Borough Council for Community Protection says:
“We have taken immediate action under Health and Safety legislation to stop the use of this dangerous structure by this gym.”
Let me make it clear to those who think they can get away with putting-up or using such insecure constructions. We will not allow residents to be endangered and we will take immediate action.”
