The Regent Theatre’s website is back in business after staff and external ticket providers worked round the clock to fix the gremlins that had made it impossible to book tickets online.
A theatre spokesman said: “We are now up and running but we do want to apologise for the inconvenience caused to customers by our technical problems. The good news is you can now go to www.ipswichregent.com to book and we will be in touch with those people who reserved tickets over the past couple of days to confirm their bookings.
