The application process for the Seeds for Change fund is now open

The Seeds for Change fund opened on the 2nd September 2019.

The Seeds for Change Fund is available for individuals, groups or organisations who have great ideas that will make a real difference to young people’s lives across Ipswich.

About the fund

The fund will focus on projects which:

  • Improve life chances of young people in the Borough
  • Steer young people away from crime and anti-social behaviour
  • Improve young people’s resilience and life choices (opportunities)

£140,000 is available. Ipswich Borough Council is providing most of the funding with Suffolk County Council also making a contribution.

We would welcome innovative project ideas that will make a positive impact on young people and the community.

You can find more detail on the Seeds for Change fund and eligibility criteria here

Please note: Projects that conflict with the work of specialist agencies (Youth Offending Team, Police etc.) and those that are better suited to other funding criteria will not be taken forward.
