The Space and Design Guidelines SPD provides guidance for anyone intending to extend their home, developing land within the boundaries of their property or developing small infill or backland sites.

The SPD was adopted by the Council on 18th November 2015.

The Council consulted on a Draft Shop Front Design Guide SPD between Thursday 19th November and 23rd December 2015. The consultation documents are available to view here.
