The Licensing Act 2003 requires the Licensing Authority to publish a Statement of Licensing Policy (Statement) setting out the basis on which it will perform its licensing functions. Each Statement has a life of five years. The sixth edition of the Statement (2024-2029) has been drafted and was open for comments for a consultation period until Thursday 7 September 2023.
