Ipswich Borough Council tenants can now access their rent account online with the new Housing Online. This online tool is available anytime, anywhere, from any device.
With Housing Online you can:
- Access your rent account.
- report housing repairs
- Update Contact Information: Keep your contact details up to date.
- view tenancy details

How to register
Click 'Register for Housing Online'. Opens in new window. You will need your tenancy or rent account number and National Insurance number
Enter your email and create a password
- Click "Next" after entering your email address and choosing a password.
- You will receive an email to verify your account.
Verify your account
- Click the "Verify Me" button in the email. If it doesn’t work, copy and paste the link into your browser.
Enter your details
- Provide your tenancy number or rent account number, name, date of birth, and National Insurance number. These details must match our records.
Log In
- Once registered, use your email and password to log in.
