How to register
Click 'Register for Housing Online'. (opens in new window). You will need your tenancy or rent account number and National Insurance number
Enter your email and create a password
- Click "next" after entering your email address and choosing a password.
- You will receive an email to verify your account.
Verify your account
- Click the "Verify Me" button in the email. If it doesn’t work, copy and paste the link into your browser.
Enter your details
- Provide your tenancy number or rent account number, name, date of birth, and National Insurance number. These details must match our records.
Log In
- Once registered, use your email and password to log in.
