The Council is carrying out a public consultation on proposals to introduce new public paid for parking bays (‘pay and display’) in place on a number of existing limited waiting parking bays, unrestricted sections of road or where yellow lines currently exist on Constantine Road, Friars Bridge Road, Lower Brook Street, New Cardinal Street, Russell Road and Sir Alf Ramsey Way.
The proposals on Sir Alf Ramsey Way include allowing Residents Parking Zone 4 permit holders to use the bays.

Objections or representations to the proposals must be in writing and state the grounds on which they are made.
