Applications are now open for Switch Together Suffolk – formerly known as Solar Together Suffolk – offering households a simple, secure way to access competitive prices on renewable energy technology.

By bringing households together, Switch Together Suffolk uses collective buying power to secure exclusive rates from vetted installers. Residents who register will receive a tailored offer based on their property's requirements, helping them make an informed decision about investing in solar energy and battery storage.

Councillor Stefan Long, Portfolio Holder for Environment and Sport said: "With energy costs continuing to be a concern for many households, Switch Together Suffolk offers residents an excellent opportunity to explore solar energy through a trusted and well-established scheme. 

“By joining together, households can benefit from competitive pricing, expert support and a straightforward process, making it easier than ever to consider renewable energy for their home."

Switch Together Suffolk is part of a proven initiative supported by local authorities and trusted delivery partners, helping residents access sustainable home energy solutions.

Residents interested in taking part can register free of charge and without obligation online. Applications close on Friday 24 July.
