The Executive of Ipswich Borough Council met yesterday, 3 November 2026.
Eight members of the Executive were present and the following decisions were taken:
E/26/23 Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy Update and Temporary Accommodation Allocation Policy: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/24 Whistleblowing Policy: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/25 Review of Air Quality Management Area No. 3: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/26 Keeping Primates - the Animal Welfare (Primate Licences) (England) Regulations 2024: Introduction of Licensing Fees and Charges: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/27 Proposed Extension of the Public Space Protection Order - Consumption of Alcohol in a Public Place: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/28 Review of the Constitution: Agreed as per recommendations
E/26/29 Procurement of a Multi-Lot Multi-Contractor 'HOMES' Framework for the Council's Housing Stock: Agreed as per recommendations 14.1, 14.2a and 14.3.
