Richmond Road Car Park and Cobbold Street Car Park are permit only car parks for local residents. Permit holders have an allocated parking space within the car parks. The car parks have locked gates and permit holders have a key.
The cost of a space in either of the car parks is £307 for 12 months, payable in quarterly instalments.
Demand for a space in the car parks is high so we operate a waiting list for local residents who are interested in having a space when one becomes available.
