Important information

It is important to read the signs carefully before leaving your car. There are many shared-use parking bays in the town centre. Some only allow parking for some of the day and loading and unloading at other times.

Parking restrictions often change when events are held in the town. This is to keep traffic flowing freely, for security reasons or for roadworks. During home football matches and concerts, the limited waiting bays around the football ground are suspended and parking is prohibited. Please read the signs before you leave your car.

Details of Blue Badge on-street parking bays are available on the On-street Blue Badge spaces page.
