If you have experienced any form of anti-social behaviour it is important that you report it as soon as you can.
Tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) is a high priority for our Housing staff. We are the largest landlord in Suffolk and we take our responsibility to our tenants very seriously.
Anti-social behaviour tools and powers introduced by the Government in October 2014.
If you have already reported ongoing anti-social behaviour (ASB) to Ipswich Borough Council, Suffolk Police and/or your housing provider and you feel that no effective action has been taken to resolve it, you can activate the case review and ask us to request a review of your case.
If the cannabis odour from a nearby residence is affecting you and you are not able to resolve the matter informally, you can report this to us online.
