There are two versions of the electoral register available to view. Use the information on this page to decide which copy of the register is most relevant to your need.
The electoral services team can provide a certificate of residence, which confirms an elector's entry on the current register of electors.
There are restrictions on who can buy copies of an Electoral Register and how the information can be used.
You can email or write to us at any time if you would like to have your details removed from the open register.
The Electoral Registration Officer at the Council has a duty to conduct an annual canvass in order to maintain an up-to-date register of electors and ensure that all individuals in a household who are eligible to vote are registered to do so.
