Accessibility

The main entrance is at ground level from St Stephen’s Lane and has automatic sliding doors with ample width to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters.

All the public areas, displays, service counters and exhibitions are on the same ground floor level, accessible to wheelchairs and scooters.

A loop system is provided for hearing aid users.

Some members of staff trained to British Sign Language (level 1).
