Booking cancellation requests can be made online. Members that haven't paid for their booking can only cancel their booking in one of the following ways:
a) Through their online profile which can be found on the booking portal
b) By phone.
Booking cardholders that have booked on a 'pay as you go' basis or members that have paid for their booking can only cancel a booking in one of the following ways:
a) Through the online booking cancellation request form
b) By phone.
You will be eligible for a full refund if you cancel with ,ore than 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel with more than 24 hours notice will mean you will lose payment.
