Our cancellation policy is the same for all bookings made, irrespective of whether the booking was made online, by phone or in person.
Cancellations cannot be made via email; they have to be made by phone or in person at the facilities.
There is no charge for cancelling a booking more than 24 hours in advance. However, a charge will be made for anyone who cancels less than 24 hours from the start time of the booking.
This charge will be made to both pay per visit and monthly paying customers. Concessionary charges will apply if you are eligible.
Although we will demonstrate discretion if you have a genuine reason for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we cannot guarantee that the charge will be waived. If you persistently fail to honour bookings we may also have to cancel your iCard.
