You can visit us at Grafton House during office hours, Monday to Friday, where you will be able to access online services and speak to our customer services advisors via our public phones.

This facility replaces the previous in-person provision at the Town Hall and offers several benefits, including:

• Increased opening hours from two-day offering weekly to five days per week.
• Pre-booked face-to-face appointments.
• Modern and welcoming customer service area.
• Excellent access via public transport, with just a short walk from Ipswich Train station or from various bus routes, including the most frequent buses the No 12 & No 13 and the No 66 & No 66A.
