Landlord Portal

If you receive Housing Benefit on behalf of your tenant/s, the only way to view your Housing Benefit payments and notifcation letters is online.

You must register for an online account so that you can access your landlord payment schedules, notification letters and information on Discretionary Housing Payments. This access will allow you to view and download current and historic payments and letters.

Register for the Landlord Portal

To register complete the applicable form below. Following your registration you will receive two emails containing your username and temporary password for the Portal.

You will need to provide:

  • Your Landlord reference (shown on previous Landlord Schedules) 
  • An e-mail address so that we may contact you and send you updates about changes to the Portal 
  • A daytime telephone number

If you experience any problems registering or if you have forgotten your username or password please email our Systems Team for technical support.

This service is a joint venture between Babergh, Mid Suffolk District Councils and Ipswich Borough Council. However, each Council is a separate legal entity and if you have properties in each area, you will be required to register separately for each one and have individual logins.
