What to do if your Full Plans application is rejected

If a disagreement arises with your local authority and/or your Full Plans are rejected, there are a number of different options open to you.

LABC warranties

The LABC is the member organisation representing local authority building control departments in England and Wales. Developers using local authority building control services can be eligible to receive warranties for their work through the LABC.
