If you are unable to access the online form, you can contact us at complaints@ipswich.gov.uk to make a formal complaint. Please include as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Your title and full name
  2. Your full postal address
  3. Your preferred email address
  4. Your contact number
  5. The details of your complaint
  6. How you would like to see the complaint resolved
  7. Any supporting information (i.e. photos, screenshots, emails)

Once your complaint has been raised, you will receive an acknowledgement to your preferred email address.
