- Your title and full name
- Your full postal address
- Your preferred email address
- Your contact number
- The details of your complaint
- How you would like to see the complaint resolved
- Any supporting information (i.e. photos, screenshots, emails)
Once your complaint has been raised, you will receive an acknowledgement to your preferred email address.
