Availability
We update and monitor our accounts during office hours, Monday to Friday, and occasionally outside these hours for weekend events. Please note that these networks may occasionally be unavailable, and we accept no responsibility for lack of service during such downtime, as it is outside our control.
@Replies and direct messages
We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers and strive to engage in conversations where possible. However, we may not always be able to reply individually to all messages received.
The Communications and Marketing team reads all replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant officers.
We cannot engage in discussions of party politics or respond to questions that violate our general comments policy.
We will follow the Responding to Social Media Messages protocol for escalating social media inquiries to line management and beyond.
