Scheduled election
The next scheduled election to elect members to Suffolk County Council is due to be held on Thursday 1 May 2025.
Suffolk County Council has 12 Ipswich County Councillors across the 12 divisions of Ipswich, with each division having one Councillor as their elected representative. Councillors are elected for a period of four years.
The 12 Ipswich divisions of the Suffolk County Council are: Belstead Hills, Bixley, Bridge, Gainsborough, Gipping, Priory Heath, Rushmere, St Clements, St Margarets, Westbourne, Westgate and Whitton.
