Scheduled election
The next scheduled election to elect members to Suffolk County Council is due to be held on Thursday 1 May 2025.
Suffolk County Council has 12 Ipswich County Councillors across the 12 divisions of Ipswich (the boundaries are shown on this map in purple, which can be selcted by ticking the election layer box), with each division having one Councillor as their elected representative. Councillors are elected for a period of four years.
The 12 Ipswich divisions of the Suffolk County Council are: Belstead Hills, Bixley, Bridge, Gainsborough, Gipping, Priory Heath, Rushmere, St Clements, St Margarets, Westbourne, Westgate and Whitton.
