Ordering copies of the Electoral Register

As specified in the Representation of the People Act 2001, there are restrictions on who can purchase copies of the Electoral Register and how the information can be used.

Fees for copies of the Electoral Register

The following fees apply to anyone who is entitled to buy a copy of the Electoral Register:

Full Register (Regulation 111(5))

Please note there are strict regulations as to who is entitled to purchase the Full Register. It is an offence to use the Full Register for purposes other than those for which it was supplied.

Printed copy:

£10.00, plus £5.00 per 1,000 entries (or part).
Guide total: £505.00 (based on an electorate of 99,000).
Data copy (file sent by email):

£20.00, plus £1.50 per 1,000 entries (or part).
Guide total: £168.50 (based on an electorate of 99,000).

Edited Register (Regulation 111(2))

Printed copy:

£10.00, plus £5.00 per 1,000 entries (or part).
Guide total: £175.00 (based on an electorate of 33,000).
Data copy (file sent by email):

£20.00, plus £1.50 per 1,000 entries (or part).
Guide total: £51.50 (based on an electorate of 33,000).

Overseas Electors List (Regulation 111(6))

Printed copy:

£10.00, plus £5.00 per 100 entries (or part).
Guide total: £15.00
Data copy (file sent by email):

£20.00, plus £1.50 per 100 entries (or part).
Guide total: £21.50

Street Index

An alphabetical list of Ipswich Borough roads, along with which polling district, ward, division, and constituency each road appears in.

No cost.
Printed copy:

10p per side of A4.
Guide total: £7.90

Secure Postage and Packaging
