If you experience any difficulty making payment, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. Please do not wait for a reminder to arrive. If you contact us early before recover proceedings have commenced, we can consider your position and it may be possible to agree other arrangements.
When making a payment please have your bill to hand with your account number. This will ensure that your payment is credited directly to your account.
Paying by Direct Debit is the most efficient and effective way for you to pay and for us to collect. You can choose to pay on the 1st or 15th day of each month. Set up a Direct Debit online, by clicking on the link below.

You can pay at any Payzone or Post Office but you must take your barcoded bill. Please note it can take up to five working days for your payment to reach us. The Post Office can only accept payments under £1,000.
