Preparation of the Adopted Ipswich Local Plan 2011 – 2031

On 14th December 2015, Ipswich Borough Council submitted its Core Strategy and Policies Development Plan Document (DPD) Review and Site Allocations and Policies (incorporating IP-One Area Action Plan) DPD (together known as the Ipswich Local Plan) to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.

Consultation on the Post-Submission Main Modifications to the Ipswich Local Plan - 20th October 2016 to 1st December 2016.

Correspondence and updates relating to the examination of the Ipswich Local Plan by the Secretary of State.

On 14th December 2015 Ipswich Borough Council submitted its Local Plan for Examination.

The Council is producing a new Local Plan which will set out the policies against which all planning applications will be assessed.
