What to do if your car has been removed
Your vehicle will be stored at our designated compound for up to 28 days.
Before your vehicle can be released from the compound you will need to complete the online form, which will include:
1. Proof of vehicle ownership
We need to see proof that you are the vehicle owner. You will have to provide ‘one’ of the below as an attachment in the online form:

We need to see proof of identity and address. You will have to provide ‘one’ of the below as an attachment in the online form:
*must be dated within the last 3 months
3. The full payment required
You will need to pay:
The full charges are calculated on the online form and must be paid in full before the vehicle can be released.
If you do not claim your vehicle within 28 days, we will take actions to dispose of it.
You need to complete the online form to claim the vehicle that has been removed to Compound.
