We are currently streamlining our processes, which means when we collect your rent via Direct Debit it will have a new account reference. This does not change the way in which we collect Direct Debits. If you pay between 16th – 22nd of the month your October payment will be taken later than planned.

Ipswich Borough Council is committed to providing transparency in the way in which it delivers its services. Find payments data, financial plans and our Statement of Accounts.

All transactions spent on GPC (Government Procurement Card).
Payments made to our suppliers each month where the total payment for goods and services is greater than £500.
The Council publishes its Statement of Accounts every year, covering the financial year from 1st April until 31st March. This page also includes the Code of Corporate Governance, Annual Governance Statement, Financial Strategy and Medium Term Financial Plan.
Ipswich Borough Council's normal terms of payment are 30 days from the date of invoice and will be applied unless there is a formal agreement to the contrary.
