The main function of Ipswich Borough Council’s Licensing and Enforcement Service is to protect the public and environment. We do this by helping our customers achieve the standards required to obtain a licence whilst avoiding unnecessary expense.
Fees payable for licence applications and annual renewals.
All types of skin piercing, including tattooing, electrolysis and acupuncture needs to be registered with the Council's Occupational Health and Safety Team
There are two sites in Ipswich where banners can be displayed across the highway, at the two outer ends of Westgate Street and Carr Street in the town centre.
