The Council has made a new Off-Street Parking Places Order which takes effect on 31st May 2022.  The effect of this Order is to amend the Council’s current Off-Street Parking Places Order 2020 to change references within it to legislation that has been changed by the government on 31st May 2022 and to make procedural changes regarding penalty charge notices.  Copies of the relevant documents are available below.
