With our three gyms located around Ipswich it’s never too difficult to get a quality workout. Each gym offers a range of cardio, free weight and resistance equipment.

Our swimming pools are the place to be for water based fun and activities. We operate two pools; Crown Pools and Fore Street Pools, both situated in the centre of Ipswich and easily accessible to everyone.

With 60+ classes on offer, plus a wide range of junior and adult sports courses we can get you jumping and moving around in no time.
