Major's Corner

Opening times:

7:30am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday

10am - 4pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays

To allow for deep cleaning to take place the toilet will close 10 minutes early.

Alternative public toilets are located in Sailmakers Shopping Centre from 8am to 6pm.

Cemetery toilets

Lawn Cemetery

10am - 4pm, Monday to Sunday

To allow for deep cleaning, the toilet will close promptly at 4pm, with no admittance after 3:55pm.

Millennium Cemetery

10am - 4pm, Monday to Sunday

To allow for deep cleaning, the toilet will close promptly at 4pm, with no admittance after 3:55pm.

Ipswich Crematorium

These toilets are currently open for attendees only.

Old Cemetery

7:30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

To allow for deep cleaning, the toilet will close promptly at 4pm, with no admittance after 3:55pm.

Park toilets

Christchurch Park (near kiosk)

11am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
11am - 7pm, Saturday and Sunday

To allow for deep cleaning, the toilet will close promptly at 5pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends, with no admittance after 4:55pm (weekdays) and 6:55pm (weekends).

All other Christchurch Park toilets open at 8:00am every day. Closing times vary according to the season.

Holywells Park (Stable Block)

10am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday

To allow for deep cleaning, the toilet will close promptly at 5pm, with no admittance after 4:55pm.

Other park toilets

All other park toilets open at 8am Monday to Friday and 9:30am Sunday.

The toilets at Alexandra Park and Christchurch Park (Arc Facilities, Lower Arboretum) are currently closed.

RADAR keys for access to disabled facilities

The RADAR National Key Scheme (NKS) provides special keys to access locked disabled toilets across the UK.

In Ipswich, RADAR keys are available to buy online for £3.50. Keys can be collected from Shopmobility at the Buttermarket Shopping Centre.
