Single Person Discount Review

We are currently reviewing Council Tax accounts that receive Single Person Discount to ensure our records are accurate and that discounts are awarded only to those who are entitled to them.

If you have received a letter or email regarding this review, please respond as soon as possible. You will need the PIN provided in your correspondence to complete the online review form, available on the Single Person Discount Review page. Please select the form titled 'Single Person Discount Review'.

If your Single Person Discount has been removed because you did not respond to our correspondence and you have received a revised council tax bill, you can reapply online. To do this, visit the same webpage and complete the form titled 'Reapply for Single Person Discount', which can be found at the bottom of the page.
