At the Annual Meeting of Ipswich Borough Council on Wednesday 27 May, the new Mayor of Ipswich for 2026-27 was confirmed as Councillor Pat Bruce-Browne. During the Mayor Making Ceremony, Councillor Bruce-Browne was invested with the Chain of Office and Mayoral Robes.
