Information that a public authority should make routinely available, it commits an authority to make information available as part of its normal business activities.
The Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to request official information held by public authorities, unless there are good reasons to keep it confidential.
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) came into force on 1 January 2005 and apply to environmental information held by public authorities.
Ipswich Borough Council sometimes takes photos and videos at Council events and activities. These images/videos are used to promote the Council’s services in various ways, for a period of five years from the date in which the photo/video was taken.
