If you have not yet registered for this service, you will need your Council Tax account reference number. This number is eight digits long and will begin with the number '3'.

Username and password reset emails

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you will be able to rest these. This process includes an email, sent to you, with a reset invitation link.

Sometimes, these emails enter a customer's junk or spam folder. If you have requested a new username or password and have not received the reset email, please check the folder(s) before contacting us

 * Please note that to become a paperless billing household, anyone named on your Council Tax bill must separately register and opt-in for paperless billing.
