Residents and visitors can access more than 500 hectares of green space and wildlife habitats across the town.

A public consultation on our proposed new byelaws for parks and open spaces took place between Tuesday 3rd August and Monday13th September.
All of the parks in Ipswich open every day, including during the Christmas period, weather permitting.
Whether you already love wildlife, or lockdown has given you a new interest in the world around you, these packs will bring nature to life for children and families!

Borough Landscapes provide the following diverse range of services to various clients and would welcome the opportunity to tender for any land based work.
Bourne Park is a great open space with a play area and paddling pool.

Ipswich has 93 play areas which are managed by the Borough Council.
