Handford Homes

Handford Homes develops new housing for Ipswich Borough Council. We completed 60 homes off Old Norwich Road in March 2021 and are currently building 16 flats on Grimwade Street and 24 homes in southwest Ipswich. In 2022, we’ll begin construction at Ravenswood and Bibb Way, creating 246 more homes.

Ipswich Art Gallery

The Art Gallery hosts important international exhibitions and highlights local artists and regional talent. It is currently closed and will reopen in 2025 with the redeveloped Ipswich Museum.

Ipswich Regent Theatre and Corn Exchange

The Ipswich Regent Theatre has been the jewel in the crown for live entertainment since 1929 and hosts a programme of great shows each year from comedy, dance, music and touring West End musicals, boasting the largest auditorium in East Anglia.

The Corn Exchange, situated in the heart of Ipswich is a fantastic multi-purpose venue, hosting a mix of shows from seated performances to standing music gigs.
