The Council no longer offers pest control services. For issues with mice, rats, or other pests, please contact a local contractor. Please note: Contractors will charge for any call-out or action taken to eradicate pests in your home or premises.

Planning Policy

The Planning Policy Team prepares and reviews a wide range of strategic planning documents, including the Ipswich Local Plan, which are used in the long-term planning of the Borough and in the determination of planning applications.

Premises Licence

Any business or individual (aged at least 18) that wishes to conduct licensable activities on a premises are required to apply for a Premises Licence from Ipswich Borough Council. A premises is defined as any place, including vehicles, vessels and moveable structures.
