Anglian Water is working to restore water to over 3,000 homes in Ipswich. Due to flooding at their treatment works at Whitton, households are experiencing either low pressure or a loss of water.
High-priority customers, those registered with their Priority Services, will shortly receive a delivery of bottled water, with additional collection points to be shared soon.
