This report explains what Ipswich Borough Council did in 2025 as a landlord to look after council homes and support tenants.
We followed four main rules set by the Government. These rules say we must:
- Listen to tenants and be clear about what we do
- Keep homes safe and in good condition
- Make renting and applying for a home fair
- Help keep neighbourhoods safe and friendly
