Beth Hart books Regent date

Published27th September 2017

American singer-songwriter Beth Hart is coming to Ipswich’s Regent Theatre next spring, the theatre announced today.

The Grammy-nominated star was dubbed by The Blues Magazine as “the ultimate female rock star” and the Ipswich date will attract new fans as well as those who love her burnt honey voice and dynamic output of songs.

Beth was born in Los Angeles and released hit albums throughout the 1990s before reigniting her stellar career after the Millennium as a solo vocalist and the voice for guitar heroes such as Joe Bonamassa, Jeff Beck and Slash.

In 2015, she released Better Than Home, a critical and commercial smash that topped the iTunes Blues Chart and she has played to bigger and bigger audiences both in the United States and over here.

Tickets for the Regent concert on Thursday 12th April go on sale on Friday 6th October. There is an age limit of 14-plus and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
