Did you know that Ipswich has three resident river cruise boats?
All of them – the Allen Gardiner, the Orwell Lady and the sailing barge Victor – are holding a special open weekend on 1st and 2nd April so residents and visitors can have a look around and find out more about the history of these vessels and the river trips (some with meals or music) on offer.
All three will be moored outside the Old Custom House on Ipswich Waterfront from 11am to 6pm during this special weekend.
