There is still time to take part in the exciting Twilight Road Races taking place in Ipswich next month.
The idea behind the inaugural run, sponsored by Ipswich Building Society, is to put your best foot forward and beat the sunset! The 10k race through the town centre will begin at 7.30pm on Friday 14th August and includes a run through Ipswich Town’s Portman Road stadium.
If you are fleeter of foot and fancy your chances among the elite runners, put yourself down for the 5k run which takes place at 7pm. Check the website for qualification details: http://events.ipswichjaffa.org.uk/twilight
The 10k race costs £15 for affiliated runners, £17 for anyone else.
The Twilight Road Races are organised by Ipswich Jaffa and Ipswich Borough Council in association with Ipswich Building Society and Suffolk New College.
