Curated by Zhang Xing, Robert Priseman and Marco Cali, the exhibition will show the largest selection of contemporary Chinese works on paper outside China. It will explore the rich diversity of contemporary practice in Chinese drawing, printing and painting on paper in the 21st Century.

With 72 artists and more than 100 art works, visitors can explore a diverse range of pictures at this FREE exhibition open from 28 April to 17 June.

The public will also have an opportunity to get a unique insight into the exhibition. Li Wang, internationally acclaimed print maker and head of water colour printmaking at the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, will be an expert guide for the Curator’s Introduction on 2 May.

This exciting event is an opportunity to explore how contemporary Chinese artists are combining calligraphy, stamping and painting with new techniques and materials.
