Flags show support for Emergency Services

Ipswich Borough Council is flying two Emergency Services Day flags today (9 September 2021) to give thanks to the millions of people who work and volunteer across the NHS and emergency services 

One flag will be raised on the Town Hall and the second outside the Council’s main office at Grafton House.

Emergency Services Day (also known as 999 Day) takes place on Thursday 9 September and is an opportunity for people across the nation to show their support for the heroic men and women of the NHS and emergency services.
