Funding is available to make positive improvements within each of the five Area Committee areas. Area Committees award funding to projects in local neighbourhoods to improve the life of residents and tackle local issues in the area.
If you live in Ipswich and have some ideas to improve your local area you can contact us to check your eligibility or for support in completing your application. Alternatively, get in touch with your Ward Councillor to discuss your ideas further.
Funding is given in line with the Action Plans, which set out the priorities for each Area Committee. Please check that your project meets the relevant priorities before applying.
The Area Committees meet throughout the year, in June, September, November, January and March. Check here for future meeting dates.
